Loretta Walford, the Principal of Ameliorate has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Change for which she holds the Academic Excellence Award. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) and a Grad. Dip. in Individual & Relationship Therapy for which she was the recipient of the Excellence Award. Her career spans some 20 years in the people development arena in Australia, Asia and the Middle East.
We have an integrative approach and combine Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Existential Therapy, Organisational Psychology and Emotional Freedom Techniques - EFT.
Our individual sessions and our corporate programs are designed to equip our clients with powerful strategies to help them enhance their lives and move closer to achieving their vision.
